Robotic-based whole cell screening and HTS of MycoBank generated targets are the basis of our search for improved treatments for invasive fungal infections.

Our capabilities include:

• Identifying targets using MycoBank® that provides a random approach to discovering essential genes in Aspergillus fumigatus that are present in a range of Aspergillus and Candida species. The targets are selected for spectrum that delivers the Target Product Profiles required to meet the needs of the market.
  
  
• Development of novel High Throughput Screening using in-house expertise in fungal, molecular and microbiology for MycoBank output and running whole-cell screens against important pathogens (Aspergillus fumigatus, A. flavus, A. niger and A. terreus and Candida albicans, C. glabrata, C. krusei, C. parapsilosis and C. tropicalis) using NCCLS methods run robotically. Our diverse compound library exceeds 360,000.
