Jens Kindtler - M.Sc., EPA, MBA, Partner BankInvest Biomedical Venture

Jens Kindtler joined BankInvest Biomedical Venture in early 2001. He focuses on corporate transactions such as M&A, licensing, financing, exits and Intellectual Property Rights. He is responsible for several of BankInvest Biomedical Venture's portfolio companies and serves as Chairman of F2G Ltd. and LiPlasome Pharma A/S and is a Board member of SmartBead Ltd. and Resistentia Pharmaceuticals AB.

Mr. Kindtler has more than 15 years of experience from positions at Carlsberg Research Center and Ferrosan A/S CNS Division within R&D and from Novo Nordisk A/S and Novo Nordisk A/S' US headquarters in New York within business development, corporate development, strategic planning, M&A and IP. Furthermore, he is the author of several scientific articles and inventor on a number of patents.
